FONDA LAS CAZUELAS
The restaurant opened its doors in 2008

on 5130 North Tryon St. Charlotte, NC 28213.

The owners, with the help of their family, found a small spot in a wonderful neighborhood.

Family is a key element in the design and appearance of the restaurant.

Mexican Tradition is one of the main factors for which the restaurant stands out.

Owner hired employees from other different Mexican restaurants to form a team that helped carry his vision to fruition. From the beginning, it was a great success. Soon enough, the restaurant became too small for the amount of patrons that visited the place on a daily basis; it was obvious that this restaurant was different. With great effort, Fonda Las Cazuelas continued working in such conditions until its expansion acquired the more space.
